Refund & Return Policy

At Furniba LLP, Customer satisfaction is important to us. As many of our products are handcrafted, customized, and made-to-order, this Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds may be accepted.


1. Customized & Made-to-Order Products

Most of our furniture products are manufactured specifically according to customer requirements and preferences.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Customized furniture
  • Made-to-order products
  • Personalized products
  • Special-size or custom-finish products
  • Products manufactured as per customer specifications

Once production has commenced, cancellation, return, or refund requests may not be accepted.


2. Standard Products

For non-customized products, return requests may be considered if:

  • The product is received damaged.
  • The wrong product is delivered.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and videos showing the issue.


3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share:
    • Order Number
    • Photographs of the product
    • Images of packaging
    • Video evidence (if applicable)

After verification, Furniba LLP may offer:

  • Replacement of damaged parts
  • Product replacement
  • Repair assistance
  • Refund (where replacement is not possible)

The resolution method will be determined at our sole discretion.


4. Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive a product different from what you ordered:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photographs of the received product.

Upon verification, we will arrange for replacement or provide a suitable resolution.


5. Cancellation Policy

Before Production Begins

Orders may be cancelled before production starts, subject to payment gateway and administrative charges.

After Production Begins

For customized and made-to-order products:

  • Cancellation requests may not be accepted once production has commenced.
  • If approved, deductions for material, labor, and administrative expenses may apply.

6. Delivery Timelines

Customized furniture orders generally require 30 to 60 days for manufacturing and delivery.

Delays caused by the following shall not qualify for refunds:

  • Material shortages
  • Transportation delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Force majeure events
  • Customer-requested modifications
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

7. DIY Assembly Products

Many products are supplied in DIY (Do-It-Yourself) assembly format.

Refunds, returns, or replacements will not be provided for damages resulting from:

  • Incorrect assembly
  • Improper handling
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Failure to follow assembly instructions

8. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation
  • Minor color variations due to screen settings
  • Natural wood grain, texture, or handcrafted variations
  • Minor measurement tolerances
  • Improper use or mishandling by the customer
  • Products damaged after successful delivery
  • Delays beyond our reasonable control

9. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Processing time is typically 7–14 business days after approval.
  • Actual credit timelines may vary depending on banks and payment providers.

10. Return Shipping

Where a return is approved:

  • Furniba LLP may arrange pickup through its logistics partners.
  • Customers must ensure the product is securely packed.
  • Products must be returned with all accessories, hardware, manuals, and original packaging (where possible).

11. Inspection & Approval

All returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt.

Furniba LLP reserves the right to reject return or refund requests if:

  • The claim is found invalid.
  • The product has been used improperly.
  • The product has been altered or damaged by the customer.
  • Required evidence is not provided.
