  • Dimensions may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances.

Such variations shall not be considered defects.

3. Customized & Made-to-Order Products

Many products sold by Furniba LLP are manufactured specifically after receiving customer orders.

Production & Delivery Timeline

  • Customized and made-to-order furniture generally requires 30 to 60 days for manufacturing and delivery.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:
    • Material availability
    • Manufacturing requirements
    • Logistics and transportation conditions
    • Natural disasters or force majeure events

While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, delays may occasionally occur.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
  • Prices may be changed without prior notice.
  • Full payment or advance payment may be required before production begins.
  • Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

Furniba LLP reserves the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, technical issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after:

  • Successful payment (where applicable)
  • Order acceptance by Furniba LLP
  • Confirmation email or order notification is issued

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines begin after order confirmation and production commencement.
  • Customers must provide accurate shipping information.
  • Furniba LLP is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses provided by customers.
  • Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

Upon delivery, customers are advised to inspect the package before accepting it.

7. DIY Assembly Products

Certain products may be shipped in DIY (Do-It-Yourself) assembly format.

  • Assembly instructions and required hardware will be provided wherever applicable.
  • Customers are responsible for proper assembly.
  • Damages resulting from incorrect assembly are not covered under warranty or replacement policies.

8. Cancellation Policy

Standard Orders

Orders may be Canceled before dispatch, subject to applicable processing charges.

Customized Orders

Since customized products are manufactured specifically for customers:

  • Cancellation requests may not be accepted once production has commenced.
  • Any approved cancellation may be subject to deduction of manufacturing, material, and administrative costs.

9. Return & Refund Policy

Customized Products

Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product damaged during transit

Standard Products

Returns may be accepted according to the company's Return & Refund Policy.

Claims for damage or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with supporting photographs.

10. Warranty

Where applicable, warranty coverage is limited to manufacturing defects only.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper use
  • Water damage
  • Accidental damage
  • Customer modifications
  • Improper assembly

11. Intellectual Property
